If an order is canceled after payment, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.
4. Pricing & Payments
All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated.
Payments are processed securely through WiPay.
We do not store full credit or debit card details.
You agree to provide accurate billing information when placing an order.
5. Shipping
Orders are shipped from Jamaica.
Delivery times vary depending on destination and shipping method selected.
We are not responsible for:
- Customs delays
- Import restrictions
- Carrier delays

- Failed delivery attempts
Customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and import fees.
6. Customs & International Orders
International customers are responsible for understanding and complying with their country’s import regulations.
If a package is refused due to unpaid customs charges:
- A 30% reshelving fee will apply
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable
- Return shipping and customs charges will be deducted
7. Lost Shipments
If tracking confirms that a package is lost and has not been delivered within 45 days from shipment:
We may offer:
- A replacement shipment, or
- A refund
Resolution is determined after reviewing tracking details.
8. Returns & Refunds
Returns are governed by our Refund & Return Policy.
Customers must request return approval within 7 days of confirmed delivery.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.
We are not liable for packages returned due to:

- Delivery refusal
Reshipping costs must be paid by the customer.
