We ship worldwide using the following methods:

  • Jamaica Post Standard Shipping

DHL Express Shipping

DHL Express is our fastest shipping option.

5–9 business days from the shipping date.

Delivery times may vary depending on:

  • Customs processing
  • Carrier delays

Customers will receive tracking information once the order has been shipped.


Jamaica Post – Standard Shipping

Jamaica Post is our standard shipping option.

Delivery times begin from the date the order is shipped, not the date ordered.

United States

At this time, standard shipping via Jamaica Post to the USA is not available due to shipping suspension.

Availability may change without notice.

Customers in the USA must select DHL Express at checkout.


United Kingdom

Estimated delivery time:

14–30 business days


Canada

Estimated delivery time:

14–21 business days


Other International Destinations

Estimated delivery time:

14–35 business days or sooner

Tracking

For standard shipping, customers are responsible for tracking their package through the Jamaica Post website once tracking information is provided.

For DHL shipments, tracking will be available through DHL’s tracking system.
